[Vinnovaflyg] Fw: New publication on aviation & climate

Lyckades tydligen radera det viktigaste:

I det förslag till ny kvotplikt inom EU (som tvingar in förnybart i 
flygbränslet) ingår ett krav om att flygplanen måste fylla på minst 90 
procent av sitt bränslebehov vid avgångsflygplatsen. Går förslaget 
igenom blockeras "tankering" (vilket dessutom betyder att länderna - om 
bränsleskatt tillåts - kan beskatta flygbränsle rätt fritt utan risk för 
"tankering").
