[Nbp] Salary revision 2021

Dear All,

Chalmers and the Saco, St and SEKO unions have agreed upon the new salaries. The agreement is for three years starting on May 1st, 2021, (Saco and ST) and October 1st, 2020, (ST). The following applies:

Year 1.
The salaries at Chalmers will be raised with 1%. For the employees that are not members of ant of the unions, Chalmers will apply the agreement that is closest to the position of the invidual in question.

There will ne no salary conversations during this spring since the salary revision is not individual. However, the performance during the year from the latest previous salary revision will be evaluated in connection with the appraisal talks. The evaluation will be documented.

Year 2.
There will be salary conversations during the period of November and December 2021. Each individual will be offered two conversations. The first will address responsibilities, tasks, performance and results in comparison to the goals. The documented evaluation from the appraisal talk during the spring of 2021 will be brought to the talk. The new salary will be presented at the second conversation.

Year 3.
There will be salary conversations during the period of November and December 2021. Each individual will be offered two conversations. The first will address responsibilities, tasks, performance and results in comparison to the goals. The documented evaluation from the appraisal talk during the spring of 2021 will be brought to the talk. The new salary will be presented at the second conversation.


PhD students
The negotiations are ongoing. Further information will follow when they are completed.
