[Kmf_scatter] Scattering meeting 31/8

On Tuesday it's time for our next scattering meeting. The task-force will say a few words about the format for the meetings and then we have a presentation fit for this time of year - Yasmine will present her thoughts on writing/reviewing beamtimes proposals.
