Subject: [Drasi-daq] HOST:+PORT parsing

To simplify the use of multiple drasi instances on the same machine, the 
port parsing has been extended to allow HOST:+PORT, which means that PORT 
is added to the default port number, instead of being explicitly used.

Should be easier to remember +1, +2, ... instead of some 7801, 7802, 
sequences...

A similar tactic could probably be used for the transport server, but it 
cannot just actually do +1, +2, ... since that soon runs into the stream 
server etc.  User interface can be +1, +2, but would have to use another 
actual base port for these.
