[Chemicalphysicstheory] New project at Vera

Hej Everyone!

We will from tomorrow have a new project on Vera: C3SE 2023/1-11. 
This is the common Physics project. It is right now somewhat unclear 
how this project will work. Initially it was communicated that we only 
would have 20 % of the time allocated for 2022. However, at a meeting
today it seemed like it could be more. Because of the unclear situation
it is important that you use our SNIC allocation at PDC and NSC.
