Due to the current pandemic situation, we have postponed the planned PhD winter conference, so unfortunately you can "un-save" that April week in your calendars.

The idea is still that we should meet in person as soon as possible and we will get back to you as soon as we have a new plan for this.

Subject: [All.non-board.wacqt] We'll arrange a WACQT PhD meeting at Chalmers

Dear WACQT PhDs, supervisors and all,

In May 10-11 the WACQT board, scientific advisory board and industrial advisory board will visit Chalmers to evaluate our progress.
We think this is a good opportunity for all of the WACQT PhD students to meet. We will plan for a poster session and also see what part of the other presentations are relevant for PhD students. We?ll also explore the possibility to have presentations from members of our boards during Thursday May 12.

*** All WACQT PhD students, please book these dates (May 10-12) in your calendars already and be prepared to see each other at Chalmers.

We also know there is interest from supervisors and other people affiliated to WACQT to join the meeting.
There will certainly be the possibility to join online, but as soon as we get a more detailed planning, we will see if there is room for more people to join IRL
