The format will be focussed on PhD project presentations and it should be seen as mandatory for all WACQT PhD students. However, we believe that all supervisors would also benefit from participating, since there was a long time since we had a WACQT-wide meeting. We are investigating the possibilities for skiing in connection to the conference, but if this proves too hard to arrange (considering travel times etc) we will make sure that it is a nice location anyhow. Too have some freedom in the arrangements, we thus ask you to block the full week for now, although the actual conference will most probably not be more than three days.
